Volunteering with SU is a tough challenge, and it’s also a heap of fun. You will be with peers and mentors, make friends for life, and serve Jesus through love, words, and actions. You will see the lives of children, young people and families changed by Jesus. There are programs: In Schools, On White-Water, During Leavers Week, Teaching Sports, With Kids Whose Parents are in Prison, Acting/Singing/Playing Music, Internships to Boost Your Skills, AND MUCH MORE.

I didn’t really know why God wanted me to lead on this camp and even questioned if I was even ‘qualified’ enough to be leading…

Join us and be a part of what God is doing in the lives of young people in Western Australia.

Camp Parents/Grandparents: Couples or individuals with a little more life experience to bring support in practical ways (odd jobs that often get missed by leaders who are caring for campers), and in spiritual ways (comforting home-sick campers or providing encouragement and support to the leaders).

Cooks / Cook Assistants: The most important role! To organise, prepare, cook and serve delicious camp food.

Bus Drivers: MR and HR licenses needed! Different camps have different needs. Being a bus driver usually involves transporting campers from Perth to the campsite and back again and taking them to their various activities during the week.

Special Qualifications: Are you an instructor for ropes, paddling, abseiling, sailing, wilderness hiking or any other adventure activities? Please let us know and we would love to help you use your skills for God’s glory.
